Custom Sidecar Mounts and Sidecar Installation.

For this project, a 40 year old Ural sidecar mounted on a 2008 Honda Shadow Spirit, custom sidecar mounts incorporating a steering dampener were built, the sidecar was repainted to match the stock motorcycle, the lighting rewired, the car installed, and set up.

The classic ball and flower joints from the Ural Sidecar were retained in the custom mount design. The mounts were fabricated from TIG welded 4130 Chromo tube and laser cut mild steel.
